I have a heavy security gate in Minnesota. Over the years, 2 gate companies said not to install a caster wheel on my gate, well I continued to have problems without one and found Casters.com online. Very great website, but it didn't have one piece of information on there that I needed (overall height of caster). So I called and spoke with one of the crew there and they were VERY helpful in getting the information I needed. Shipping was a bit costly for such a small part, but when it arrived it fit exactly as we planned and now has been on my gate a month and have had ZERO problems with my gate since. :) Prior to that I was having problems 1-2 times a week with out a caster wheel. Just super happy they offer SO many options for caster wheels. I hope this wheel last many years to come. Thanks for your help!
